Nordic Walking is an enhanced walking technique that uses poles to work your upper body as well as your legs. It gives you a highly effective all over workout that doesn’t feel like one!
Nordic Walking is a fun and social activity that can be enjoyed in town centres or open countryside throughout the year.
Nordic walking is for everyone. With the pole you can share the effort between upper and lower body, so it feels easier than normal walking. Nordic walking puts less strain on the joints and can help improve physical fitness.
Participants must be over the age of 18 years to take part in these sessions.
• Tuesday Llansteffan Beach Car Park 12:00pm – 1:00pm
• Thursday Llyn Llech Owain 1:00pm – 2:00pm
• Friday Swiss Valley Reservoir 1:30pm – 2:30pm
£3.70 / Free for the first eight weeks to Actif 60+ members. Pre-Booking essential via the app.
