AFCCT coaches deliver weekly walking football sessions in Aberdeen for over 35s, over 65s & women passionate about playing the game.
The initiative is a fun, social & friendly approach to the game & is suitable for anyone who cannot manage the impact of a standard game, but still has the drive to stay fit & healthy through football.
Walking football is a growing sport around the country & is ideal for older participants & those aiming to get in better shape.
