Walking football is the perfect way for those in the community of people aged 50+ to continue to enjoy and participate in football. It provides an opportunity for players to extend an active participation while playing the sport they have loved throughout their life.
It is a form of sustainable exercise with low impact and health benefits such as reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases and improving blood pressure. It comes with social benefits because it is great way to meet new people and be active with your friends.
