If you’re planning to try a new form of exercise that you’ll enjoy (and sustain!!) this might be for you.
It’s a fun and inclusive exercise for all abilities and each session is a mixture of working on Balance, Core Strength, Coordination and of course our Football Skills in a fun way!
It’s also a great way to meet people if you’re looking to broaden your social network.

• Wednesdays Women Only Session 19:30pm – 20:30pm Bushey Grove Leisure Centre
