Walking Football session starting at The Abbey Stadium, just for Women!
We will initially be using the outdoor football pitch with a view to moving to the sports hall in the Autumn if necessary.
The sessions are FREE and suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

Walking football offers many health benefits as well as being great fun for any age.
We will be offering some basic coaching too, including passing, shooting and controlling the ball.
This session is ideal for anyone who wants to play football for fun, meet other people and who generally enjoy being part of a team.
