The Three Towns Opportunities in Retirement (OIR) Group – The group run a variety of activities for people aged 50 and over, with a warm welcome awaiting everyone who comes along.
A number of events take place in Saltcoats Town Hall and Ardrossan Civic Centre, apart from the Walking Group (where routes vary) and Aqua Aerobics, which is held at Harvies.
