Walking Netball is a slowed down version of the game of netball, designed for anyone looking to exercise in a relaxed, supportive and friendly environment.
In each session you’ll get the chance to practice skills as well as getting an opportunity to play in a game.
A game of Walking Netball is for all ages and abilities and every session contains a gentle warm up and cool down.
Our Wellbeing for Life team will be at this event, run in partnership with MOVE County Durham.
Walking Netball – Every Wednesday from 24th April, 1pm – 2pm, Peterlee Leisure Centre
