Club’s mixed sessions for new recruits prove a hit

HENLEY Hawks Netball Club are to hold sessions for players wanting to take up walking netball.

This low-impact version of netball is designed to allow everyone to play at a relaxed, walking pace, ensuring a fun and safe environment for new and returning players.

Led by host Michelle, the walking sessions are held on Mondays from 6.30pm to 7.15pm at the Rupert House courts or on Thursday, from 10.30am to 11.15am on the 4G pitch at Henley Rugby Club.

Meanwhile, the club hosted a mixed open training session last month which attracted their largest amount of participants to date.

The open sessions introduce new players to the sport and the next one will be held at Rupert House courts on May 19 from 2.30pm to 4pm.
