INVERCLYDE Sports Centre is offering walking netball sessions in Largs.
Netball Scotland and Age Scotland launched the walking sport several years ago and they say it has been “booming” around the country.
Like walking football for ‘mature’ gentlemen, it is designed to be fun and for socialising with real health benefits, particularly for those who have suffered illnesses.
The sessions take place on Mondays from 10-11am. If you’re interested then head along, there’s no need to sign up in advance.
Entry is £2 and all age groups are welcome.
