Walking Netball – Weekly sessions ideal for the over 50’s, or ANYONE wishing to increase their exercise and activity levels in a FUN, FRIENDLY and RELAXED environment.
In association with Active Essex, Livewell Uttlesford and Sport England.
Sessions led by England Netball Level2 coach.
• Wednesday 10:30 – 11:30am at Herts & Essex Sports Centre, Bishop’s Stortford
• Fridays 10:30 -11:30am at Lord Butler Leisure Centre Saffron Walden Essex (Outdoor court)
