Over 70s walking netball players prove it is never too late to get active.
This October and November, Everyone Active, in partnership with Hart District Council, is encouraging those over 60 to stay physically and mentally active.
Their campaign, titled Age is Just a Number, is now in its fifth year.
It started on October 5 and will run until November 17, celebrating the achievements of seniors who have stayed active.

The campaign is specifically encouraging older individuals to visit their local centres and partake in activities.
Two women who exemplify this are Evelyn Pengilley, 78, and Helen Gibbins, 77.
Both women regularly attend weekly walking netball sessions at Hart Leisure Centre, Fleet.
Evelyn said: “We’ve made so many friends and it’s something to really look forward to each week.”
Helen added: “I’m learning new things, hopefully getting fitter, and I really enjoy the social aspect.”
The campaign aims to promote the importance of maintaining physical and social activity, especially for the older community.

Kevin Wallace, Everyone Active’s contract manager, said: “We are proud to offer our members a friendly and welcoming environment that motivates people of all ages to get active.”
Hart District Councillor, Richard Quarterman, said: “Staying active can improve quality of life and it’s fantastic to see our Hart community proving you are never too old to take up something new.”
With more than 230 centres across the country, Everyone Active offers numerous activities and specialised classes for older adults.
They encourage people to sign up and discover the various ways they can enjoy exercise.
