Walking Tennis is for anyone that wants to play tennis, but at their own pace. No running or jumping and you can let the ball bounce twice. Less speed but just as much fun! Ideal for anybody looking to build their confidence, returning from injury, or would just like a bit more time getting to the ball. Our sessions take place on Thursday mornings 10:30-12:00.
During this session 1 hour will be playing tennis and 30 minutes at the end to socialise with drinks and cake! Any fitness level and playing ability is welcome. This session is completely played at your own pace with lots of breaks if needed. All equipment will be provided.
