The group run a variety of activities for people aged 50 and over, with a warm welcome awaiting everyone who comes along.
A number of events take place in Saltcoats Town Hall and Ardrossan Civic Centre, apart from the Walking Group (where routes vary) and Aqua Aerobics, which is held at Harvies.
Activities include Chance to Dance, Ballroom Dancing, Aqua Aerobics, a weekly social walk, Golden Zumba Keep Fit, Knit and Natter, Badminton, Walking Football and Line Dancing…
The OIR’s monthly meeting will be held on Thursday, January 11, when the speaker will be Ron Copeland from RNLI.
