The Saskatchewan Senior Fitness Association – Regina Sport District introduces Walking Soccer
Fridays 10-11am at the AffinityPlex Indoor Soccer Centre (Exhibiton Grounds)
Come out and enhance your muscle tone, improve your bone strength, and increase your cardiovascular health
$5.00 per session (SSFA/SSA memberships required)
Additional charges: $10.00 per person for a Saskatchewan Senior Fitness Association seasonal membership (April 1st – March 31st) and $10.00 per person for a Saskatchewan Soccer Association membership (insurance)
