The Walking Cricket Beckenham hub is the second hub to launch this year, with our third opening in Bexley next Thursday. Although expanding Walking Cricket further north in the county has brought its challenges, the response has been overwhelmingly positive—we were even oversubscribed for our very first session.

The Walking Cricket Beckenham hub hosted at the Kent County Cricket Club, Beckenham Ground, participants thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to play in such a professional environment. The slower‑paced format proved an instant hit with returning cricketers who hadn’t played in years, while offering an enjoyable new challenge for our newcomers. A strong sense of camaraderie quickly emerged, with the group eager to build their skills throughout the 12‑week programme.
