Walking rugby is a slower paced, non contact version of Rugby Union that can be played by ANYONE who wants to give it a go.
Basic rugby rules apply and the spirit of the game is still the same however its played at walking pace, there is no contact and the main aim is for it to be fun!
Anyone is able to take part in our walking rugby sessions. Whether you are 15 and not a fan of the contact element of the game or 70 and your body can’t quite last a full 80, it is for everyone. Beginners to experienced rugby players.
7pm-8pm on a Tuesday on the astro pitch behind the squash courts.
