Walking rugby has a simple set of rules, it’s easy to learn whether you have played rugby before or not.
Walking Rugby is non-contact.
Teams of up to seven players of usually mixed ability. It is excellent exercise and lots of fun!
Walking Rugby takes place at 7pm every Thursday night.
