Walking Sports are available across the Derbyshire Dales and are designed to be low-intensity and low-impact, with a variety of ages and abilities welcome!
Sports like football, cricket or netball that follow the rules of the standard game, but players walk instead of run. They’re great if you want the fun of the game without the strenuous pace and intense contact.
