Nailsea and Backwell RFC’s walking rugby team, the Silver Ravens, have returned from representing North Somerset at the world’s biggest walking rugby festival.
The Silver Ravens took two squads to the festival based at Kingswood RFC on July 13th, and it turned into a huge celebration of rugby.
44 teams from 33 clubs from all across the UK and beyond attended the festival with the Silver Ravens playing against teams from Dover, Kent, Wimbledon, Cardiff, Amesbury and hosts Kingswood to name a few.
The was a fantastic atmosphere throughout the day with the Ravens playing some of the best and most attractive rugby out there…
