WHAT IS WALKING FOOTBALL?
Walking Football is an exciting new format of football where the concept is simple – it’s normal football but you must walk!
This exciting new and fun format is helping Football West in make our game enjoyable and accessible to a wider section of the community. This not only increases inclusion and participation levels, but helps those seeking a social and active lifestyle, retaining players considering hanging up their boots and adding to health and well-being of the community.
Older persons and people with reduced mobility and fitness are especially encouraged to try it out!
