Camposol Walking Football

Based in Mazarrón, Murcia, formed by Gary Davies & Russ McMillan in 2021 during COVID they had to wait ten months before they could play their first game. Nick Fitzpatrick, Steve Barrow and Paul Cassidy came on board after their custom built pitch opened in November 2021.

Sessions take place every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10-11am on a concrete pitch on sector D, Camposol, most sessions there are around 16 players and this number is growing.

Remember to bring shin pads, water and your sense of humour. Pitch is Located on Sector D. You will be made most welcome.

They currently have 228 Club members and 64 players, most are living permanently in Spain.

Their youngest player is 18 and the oldest 86, they also have a few female players and are hoping to get enough for a team. There is also an over 50, 60 and 70 team with dedicated team captains.

All of their training sessions are overseen by a referee who abides by the laws of Walking Football.

Always on the lookout for friendlies to play at the local Astroturf pitch and are willing to travel to other teams so please get in touch.
