Walking Football, a slow paced version of the beautiful game aimed strictly at over 40s, both Male and Female.
Walking Football is designed to help people keep an active lifestyle despite their age, as well as getting those back playing football who had to stop due to injuries.
Session guidelines – Meet & Get Ready; Warm Up; Drills; Games of 15 minutes each.
Richmond Park Sundays from 7pm.
