Walking Football at Llangennech AFC

Llangennech AFC’s first-ever walking football team – if you are (or know of anyone who might be) interested in a light-hearted bit of exercise and getting involved in a new sport, then please get in touch!

Sessions currently take place at Hendy Park Astroturf from 7-8pm on Wednesday

There will be opportunities to try it out and have fun with no restrictions to playing indoors or outdoors in the long term! (Just don’t you dare run!)
