For both Men and Women, walking football prohibits players from sprinting, running and jogging while the ball is in play. The game is also no contact.
This energetic and engaging session, aims to deliver a dose of ‘fun, football and fitness’ to all who participate.
Walking football is aimed at anyone over 50 with any level of experience. Sessions seek to improve football ability and engage you into the ‘walking world’. A perfect session to be absorbed in football, as well as improve socially, physically and mentally.
