A slow-paced version of the beautiful game aimed at the over 50s has arrived at the West Ham United Foundation.
Designed to help people maintain an active lifestyle regardless of age, Walking Football also creates pathways back into the game for those who have previously stopped playing due to injuries.
As the name suggests, walking football is non-contact and free-kicks are given against those who sprint or jog!
All sessions are run by WHU Foundation coaches, who will help you complete a full medical form on arrival. General sportswear including trainers is advised.
