Walking Football is a slower-paced version of the beautiful game aimed at the Over 50s.
Less speed – same enjoyment.
Walking Football is designed to help people keep an active lifestyle regardless of their age or ability. It’s never too late to make a change and try something new, as well as meeting new friends in the process.
It’s a fantastic way to keep fit, learn new skills, have fun and socialise all at the same time! Play the game you love with as much effort as you are comfortable with. Our friendly groups and coaches will never judge or comment on your ability or fitness.
We host sessions every week at our Prenton Park Recreational Centre in the following groups:
• Monday Over 50s – 2pm-3pm
• Tuesday Over 40s Women’s – 11am-12pm
• Wednesday Over 50s – 11am-12pm
• Friday Over 65s – 11am-12pm
