Our Fitness in Later Life (FILL) programme is a welcoming, supportive and popular programme of activities for the over fifties, and includes everything from badminton and pickleball to walking football, gentle stretching to Zumba Gold.
Now in its 18th year, our programme has developed into a friendly, active and sociable group of people who meet regularly to exercise, try new sports and enjoy each other’s company.
All are welcome, whether you choose to come on your own or with friends/partners, we are open to members and non-members.
If you want to get involved with a slower version of football, have fun, meet new people or start an activity to help you improve your fitness, why not try one of our walking football drop-in sessions.
Walking Football Tuesdays 10.20am – 11.20am
Pay & Play £4.65 / Gold/Silver Members FREE / Regular Member £2.95
Instructor-led sessions are suitable for all abilities.
