Introducing YMCA Walking Football
We are starting a new regular Walking Football session on Thursday mornings at 10am – 11am, starting Thursday 23rd September.
Walking Football is designed to help maintain an active lifestyle and aims to get those who stopped playing football due to age or injury back into the sport.
With less stress on the body, minimal contact, and no sudden change of direction or cutting movements it’s ideal if you’d like to play football at a slower pace.
Sessions are just £2 per person and are open to all ages and abilities.
Come along to the YMCA Community and Activity Village tomorrow morning and try something new.
