Walking Football is going from strength to strength, growing up and down the UK. It’s exactly as it suggests – a standard game of football where the players walk instead of run.
It is a great opportunity for people wishing to get back into the game in an adapted, lower impact form or alternatively if you wish to just start something new.
There are a wide variety of reasons which prevent people of all ages and ability from taking part in regular physical activity. Here at Achieve Lifestyle, our aim is to get individuals back into sport, being active and into a fun and social environment.

Walking Football sessions take place on Saturdays from 10am -11am.
First session is FREE, then it is just £3 per session!
