Hockey Club Capelle (HCC) starts with Walking Hockey for seniors (from 55 years). With a maximum of thirty participants, the club wants to form a group that meets once a week on Monday morning. Participants are sought for this.
Walking Hockey is hockey with walking alone. Once a week there is a training with the group by the experienced club trainer Anita. Hockey experience is not necessary with the participants. It is very accessible and a good way to move in a responsible manner every week.
“It is also a way for participants to get to know others and to make new social contacts. In addition, seniors may also be able to do other things at the club from volunteering. So it also has a social background ”, says chairman Anoeska Riedijk of HCC.
On Monday morning March 24 is the first morning, from 10 am to 11 am.
Participation costs € 15 per month.
Sticks and balls are available at the club, a form of sports shoes with a good grip is desirable. You can register by sending an email to info@hccapelle.nl
