Walking Netball with Netball Northern Ireland

• Wednesday 10.30am-11.30am Carrickfergus Amphitheatre
• Wednesday 11am-12pm Limavady Leisure Centre
• Friday 10am – 11am Aurora Leisure Centre
• Friday 12.30pm – 1.30pm Banbridge Leisure Centre
Walking Netball sessions are designed to be fun and flexible and mostly follow the same format as any other netball session, including a warm up, mini games and drills followed by a friendly game.
You don’t need any special kit to take part, just clothes that you feel comfortable exercising in and trainers. Just make sure you bring some water and that you have had a snack a couple of hours before training so you have plenty of energy.
