Walking Netball with Netball West Midlands in Herefordshire
Walking Netball is a slowed down version of the game of netball, designed for anyone looking to exercise in a relaxed, supportive and friendly environment.
Every session contains a gentle warm-up and a game of Walking Netball.
For all ages and abilities.
• Wednesday: Bridge Street Sports Centre, HR6 8EA 14:00 – 15:00 £4.00
• Thursday: Hereford Leisure Centre, HR4 9UD 10:00 – 11:00 £3.50 (first session FREE)
• Thursday: John Kryle High School, HR9 7ET 18:00 – 19:00 £3.00
