Join Walking Rugby at Slough Rugby Club!
Looking for a fun, friendly way to stay active and meet new people? Come and give walking rugby a try at Slough Rugby Club! Whether you’ve played rugby all your life or have never picked up a ball before, you’re very welcome. We’re an inclusive, sociable group who enjoy the game at a gentler pace — no running, no tackling, just good fun and great company.
We meet every Saturday (unless otherwise stated on our Facebook page) from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at Slough Rugby Club, Tamblyn Field, Upton Court Rd, Slough SL3 7LT.
We have also started our Tuesday evening sessions 7-8pm which will run through till the end of August 2025.
After the game, many of us head to the clubhouse bar for a bite to eat, a coffee, and a chat — it’s all part of the experience! Open to men and women aged 16 and over, and all abilities are welcome. Come along and get involved — we’d love to see you there 🙂
