Silver Raiders walking rugby inclusive sessions, now twice a week.

• Thursdays at Hindpool Community Centre 11am – 12pm
• Saturdays at Hoops Basketball Centre 1.30 – 2.30pm

Suitable for 50+ but all ages welcome
