Walking Rugby is a simplified version of Rugby suitable for all ages, abilities, and genders, and being a competitive passing game, it’s suitable for ex-rugby players or those interested in rugby without any experience. Those past retirement ages can still indulge in their passion without the full-on contact – or maybe you are using looking to keep up your activity levels and want to try a new sport.
It’s a great way to bring people together before and after sessions and most of all, it brings a strong sense of fun and enjoyment. So if you thought you were too old, too unfit or too broken to play again then join us on a Wednesday evening from 6.00 pm for an hour of fun and some social refreshments!
