Walking Rugby at Bracebridge Heath – Bracebridge Heath Over 50s Walking Rugby Group
Bracebridge Heath Over 50s Walking Rugby Group – Ancient Oaks was founded, on 9 August 2022, after reading an RFU article about Kendal Auld Greys.
When we play in Festivals, our shirts are grey as homage to the Auld Greys (the first festival we attended in May this year).
We play on Monday (men) and Wednesday (open) 7-8pm.
In summer (May – September), weather permitting, we play outside on the Recreation Ground, off Bath Road, Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln, LN4 2TU.
In winter, we play in the Sports Hall, at Rustons Sports & Social Club, off Newark Road, Lincoln LN6 8RN.
Also, since October 2023, we have been an Affiliate Club of North Hykeham RUFC, who also play from Rustons Sports & Social Club.
