Rugby teams will fight for victory at a cup festival held in Helensburgh later this year.
Helensburgh Rugby Club has announced the return of its end-of-season sevens festival which promises “big hits and an even bigger atmosphere”.
Reintroduced to great acclaim in 2023, this year’s event takes place at Ardencaple on Saturday, May 23 with adult, under-18, under-16, tag and walking rugby sections set to provide plenty of matches during the course of the day.
The tournament will see visiting teams from all over Scotland come to town to compete to be crowned the winners.

The Helensburgh Rugby Club sevens festival 2026 event will also feature market stalls, an outside bar and barbecue food for anyone feeling peckish.

Once the dust has settled on the afternoon’s rugby, live music in the Ardencaple clubhouse will complete the day.
A spokesperson from the club said: “Returning to Helensburgh for a full day of fast rugby, big hits and even bigger atmosphere.
