Walking Netball at Sale Sports Club
It is a great opportunity to get back on the court no matter how many years it was since you last played Netball, or even if you have never played before.
Walking Netball has been designed so that anyone can play, irrespective of gender, age (16+), size and ability, so come down and join us for a ‘Wiggle and Giggle’ session, followed by a cuppa and a chat in our lovely clubhouse bar!
Each one-hour session usually consists of warm-up routines, skills activities and a modified game.
WALKING NETBALL EVERY THURSDAY (WEATHER PERMITTING!) 1:30PM-2:30PM* ON THE ARTIFICIAL GRASS TENNIS COURTS.
* Sessions start at 12:00 during school holidays when sports camps are taking place at the Club
There is no need to pre-register for this session, just simply turn up wearing something you are comfortable moving around a netball court in (trainers with a good grip are recommended) and bring some water.
