What is Walking Hockey?
Walking hockey is perfect for anyone looking for a social and less physically demanding way to get active, no matter your age or skill level!
It’s a low intensity activity that people can take at their own pace. It’s suitable for those who have played before and those who may be picking up a stick for the first time.
As well as the health benefits, a walking hockey session is a great way to meet new people, socialise, build confidence and take part in a team sport.
Where is it held?
At our home pitch at Leicester Grammar School in Great Glen, every Tuesday evening from 19:00-20:00.
