Whether you’re a retired or injured hockey player looking to stay connected to the sport you love, or a local resident wanting a fun, social, and gentle way to keep active, Walking Hockey is for you!
Supported by England Hockey, Felixstowe & District Council for Sport & Recreation, Active Suffolk, and local doctors’ surgeries as part of the NHS Walking for Health initiative, this is hockey at a pace that suits you, no running, no pressure, just great company and gentle exercise.
