Lymm Manor Road Tennis Club Walking Tennis team recently took part in the LTA Walking Tennis Tournament at Birchwood Indoor Centre against teams from Birchwood, Bramhall, Culcheth and Helsby.
The team consisted of Kevin Shields, Mark Schmider, Max and Elita Grunblat with the winning doubles pairing of Kevin and Mark progressing into the County Tournament to be held in Shrewsbury later this month.
If you are interested in Walking Tennis then head to Lymm Rugby Club’s beautiful walled garden where you will be warmly welcomed onto the all-weather tennis courts, every Thursday 1pm to 3pm, followed by refreshments and a chat!
