We have introduced Walking Tennis with coach led 45 minute sessions which are followed by a cuppa in our clubhouse. We will provide racquets and balls.
Walking Tennis is for anyone that wants to play tennis, but at their own pace. No running or jumping and you can let the ball bounce twice. Less speed but just as much fun! Ideal for anybody looking to build their confidence, returning from injury, or would just like a bit more time getting to the ball.
A coach led course on Walking Tennis. This course is open regardless of age or whether you have previously played tennis or not. Andy will teach the tennis technique as well as explain the game and tactics. Stay on afterwards for a cuppa and a chat.
• Wednesday morning 10:00 – 10:45am is open to all no matter your age, fitness or previous tennis experience.
• Thursday morning 10:00 – 10:45am is open to all no matter your age, fitness or previous tennis experience.
£25 per six week course
Parkinson’s Walking Tennis – This is a 6 week coach led walking tennis course for People with Parkinson’s. Andy the coach will provide tennis based exercises as well as playing Walking Tennis. We will provide racquets and balls. Stay for a cup of tea/coffee and a chat after the session in our clubhouse.
Thursday 10:45 – 11:30am is a group specifically for People with Parkinsons.
£25 per six week course
